The site is situated on a very calm and lesser-known beach, with an option to anchor a boat at a nearby mooring.
Built in 2008 and fully renovated in 2024, the house boasts a modern design. It is unique for several reasons: its location, size, and the view it offers. One of the architectural feats is its lack of support columns throughout, constructed like a bridge and made of thick concrete, ensuring tranquility in the bedrooms.
